The Castellers de Vilafranca unload the tower of 9 with lining and handcuffs in their return to the day of August 15 in the Bisbal del Penedès

 

 

The Castellers de Vilafranca performed this Wednesday at the Bisbal del Penedès, on the traditional feast of Our Lady of August in the town of Baix Penedès. The people from Vilafranca shared a square with the two Vallen gangs, the Colla Joves Xiquets de Valls and the Colla Vella dels Xiquets de Valls. Those in the green shirt were the first to open the day, when they unloaded 4 of 9 with lining. In the second round, the time has come for the extra range of the day, the tower of 9 with lining and handcuffs, which, once unloaded, has made the Castellers de Vilafranca the first group to reach the figure of 500 castells of 9 unloaded. In the third round the green shirts unloaded a solid 3-of-9 with a liner with an alignment on the trunk already thinking about putting the needle on it early. The round of pillars reached the negative point of the Castellera day, since pillar 7 with the lining of the Vilafranquins was only loaded. A stumbling block that has to serve the people of Penedes has to continue working hard test after test when there are just 15 days left until the Saint Felix day.

The next performance of the Greens will be on Saturday 18 August at the Diada de Cal Figarot at 7 pm.
